Why are your timepieces so inexpensive compared to other stores?

The watches we stock use the same mechanical movements, features and designs as more expensive brands. The big difference is that we do not hike the price up due to its 'make' or 'brand.' This enables us to pass on the cost savings to you, resulting in the best of both worlds; high end luxury timepieces at affordable prices

What is your return policy?

You are able to return your Royale Timepiece to us for a full refund within 14 days if it is in brand new condition. If the product is damaged during shipping then please email us at team@royaletimpieces.co.uk with images of the damage and we will send a replacement. Click here to see our full return policy.

How do I cancel my order?

If you do decide to cancel your Royale Timepiece order then please let us know as soon as possible by emailing team@royaletimepieces.co.uk with your order number so we can get this refunded for you if the item hasn’t already left for delivery.

Is there a guarantee on my timepiece?

We offer a 12 month guarantee on all of our timepieces so in the unlikely event your timepiece stops working during this time, we can arrange to have it repaired or replaced. Please email team@royaletimepieces.co.uk with details of the fault.

Do you deliver worldwide?

YES! We offer FREE SHIPPING anywhere in the world. Typically, orders will be delivered within 7 days in the United Kingdom and up to 25 days internationally. For full delivery details please click here.

How do I become an Ambassador for Royale Timepieces?

Are your timepieces water proof?

Our timepieces are not water proof – however they are all 3ATM water resistant! In Layman’s terms this level of protection will easily cover splashes or being caught in the rain. It will even survive a brief submersion in water - that said, we wouldn’t advise swimming or showering with the piece on.

I haven’t received my order?

If you are based in the United Kingdom and still haven’t received your order after 7 working days then please email the team@royaletimepieces.com If you’re based outside of the United Kingdom please allow for 25 working days before emailing us at team@royaletimepieces.com We use well known trusted couriers to deliver our orders but on rare occasions things can go missing or orders can take a little bit longer when delivering internationally, so we ask for your patience please.
