Returns Policy

GENERAL

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase you can send it back to us for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, providing it is brand new with all of its packaging and any accessories that may have come with it. Email the team@royaletimepieces.com with your request and fill in the return form below.

 

DAMAGED

If your watch has been damaged during shipping please email the team@royaletimepieces.com with some images of the damage within 5 days of receiving the timepiece and we will organise another to be delivered.

 

FAULTY

Your timepiece comes with a 6 month guarantee from Royale Timepieces.

If your watch is faulty please email the team@royaletimepieces.com – we may ask you to send us the timepiece back to us so we can repair, replace or refund. The timepiece will need to be inspected for accidental damage, if the fault is deemed to be ours we will also cover all shipping and handling costs for returning it to us.
